1. Acceptance of Terms
Important: By accessing or using the Entrix platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you must not use our services.
These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Eksix Technologies Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Entrix platform, including our website at entrixapp.com, mobile applications, APIs, and all related services, features, and content (collectively, the "Service" or "Platform").
By clicking "I Agree," creating an account, or otherwise accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, event organizers, ticket purchasers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.
Note for Organizers: Additional terms in Section 9 apply specifically to Event Organizers. By creating events, you agree to these additional obligations.
2. Definitions
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:
"Account"
Your registered user account on the Platform
"Attendee"
Individual purchasing tickets or attending events
"Content"
All data, text, images, videos, and materials on the Platform
"Event"
Any gathering, meeting, or activity listed on the Platform
"Event Organizer"
Individual or entity creating and managing events
"Fees"
All charges including service, processing, and subscription fees
"Personal Data"
Information relating to an identified or identifiable person
"Platform" or "Service"
The Entrix event management platform and all related services
"Ticket"
Digital or physical pass granting event admission
"User"
Any person accessing or using the Platform
3. Description of Service
Entrix is a comprehensive event management platform that facilitates the creation, promotion, ticketing, and management of events. Our Service connects Event Organizers with Attendees through a secure, user-friendly platform.
For Event Organizers

- • Ticketing and registration management
- • Payment processing (PCI DSS compliant)
- • Marketing and promotional features
- • Real-time analytics and reporting
- • Attendee communication tools
- • Mobile check-in capabilities
- • Integration with third-party services
For Attendees
- • Event discovery and search
- • Secure ticket purchasing
- • Digital ticket delivery
- • Mobile ticket access
- • Event reminders and updates
- • Social sharing capabilities
- • Review and rating system
- • Personalized recommendations
Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We'll provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect your use of the Platform.
4. User Eligibility
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. Users aged 13-17 may use the Platform only with verifiable parental consent.
To access and use our Service, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
- Not have been previously suspended or removed from the Service
- Not be located in a country subject to U.S. embargo or designated as terrorist-supporting
- Not be listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
Business Use: If using the Service on behalf of a business or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
5. Account Registration and Management
5.1 Account Creation
To access certain features, you must register for an account. During registration, you must:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Choose a strong, unique password (minimum 12 characters)
- Verify your email address
- Complete identity verification (for Event Organizers)
- Accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy
5.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
- All activities occurring under your account
- Enabling two-factor authentication (mandatory for Organizers)
- Immediately notifying us of unauthorized access
- Logging out when using shared devices
5.3 Account Verification
We may require additional verification including government-issued ID, proof of address, or business documentation. Failure to complete verification may limit account functionality.
5.4 Account Types
Basic (Free)
Limited features, up to 50 attendees
Professional
Advanced features, unlimited attendees
Enterprise
Custom solutions, dedicated support
6. User Responsibilities
6.1 Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. This includes data protection laws, consumer protection laws, and anti-money laundering regulations.
6.2 Accurate Information
You must provide and maintain accurate information. False or misleading information may result in account suspension or legal action.
6.3 Respectful Conduct
Treat all users, staff, and community members with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will result in immediate account termination.
6.4 Technical Requirements
Ensure your devices meet minimum technical requirements and maintain updated security software to protect your account and data.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:
Illegal Activities
- • Violating any laws or regulations
- • Fraud or financial crimes
- • Money laundering
- • Selling illegal goods or services
- • Organizing illegal events
- • Facilitating illegal gambling
Harmful Content
- • Hate speech or discrimination
- • Threats or harassment
- • Explicit content without warnings
- • Content promoting self-harm
- • Terrorist or extremist content
- • Malware or viruses
Platform Abuse
- • Hacking or unauthorized access
- • Creating fake accounts
- • Using bots without permission
- • Circumventing security measures
- • Scraping data without authorization
- • Interfering with Platform operation
Commercial Violations
- • Ticket scalping or resale (where prohibited)
- • False advertising
- • Pyramid schemes or MLM events
- • Intellectual property infringement
- • Unauthorized use of our brand
- • Competing services promotion
8. Content Standards and Guidelines
8.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you post but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Use, reproduce, and display your content
- Modify for technical requirements
- Include in marketing materials (with permission)
- Sublicense to service providers as needed
8.2 Content Requirements
All content must:
- Be accurate and not misleading
- Not infringe intellectual property rights
- Not violate privacy rights
- Be appropriate for general audiences (unless marked)
- Comply with advertising standards
8.3 Content Moderation
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may use automated systems and human review for moderation.
9. Event Organizer Terms
Important: These additional terms apply specifically to Event Organizers. By creating events, you accept these additional responsibilities.
9.1 Organizer Obligations
- Have legal authority to organize events
- Obtain all necessary permits and licenses
- Maintain appropriate insurance (minimum $1M liability)
- Comply with venue requirements
- Honor all representations to Attendees
- Handle refunds per stated policy
- Protect attendee personal data
- Pay all applicable taxes
9.2 Financial Responsibilities
As an Organizer, you must:
- Set transparent pricing (all fees upfront per FTC rules)
- Process refunds within stated timeframes
- Maintain sufficient funds for refunds
- Pay platform fees promptly
- Report income to tax authorities
9.3 Event Cancellation
If you must cancel an event:
- Notify all Attendees immediately
- Process full refunds within 5-7 business days
- Cover all refund-related fees
- Provide clear explanation to Attendees
- Cooperate with our support team
9.4 Data Controller Responsibilities
As a data controller under GDPR/CCPA, you must have lawful basis for processing attendee data, provide privacy notices, and handle data subject requests appropriately.
10. Event Attendee Terms
10.1 Ticket Purchase
When purchasing tickets:
- Review all event details before purchase
- Provide accurate attendee information
- Understand refund policies
- Keep ticket confirmation secure
- Present valid ID if required
10.2 Event Attendance
At events, you must:
- Follow venue rules and event guidelines
- Respect other attendees and staff
- Not engage in disruptive behavior
- Comply with security measures
- Not record without permission (where prohibited)
10.3 Ticket Transfers
Tickets are generally non-transferable unless explicitly allowed by the Event Organizer. Unauthorized resale may void tickets without refund.
11. Payment Terms
11.1 Payment Processing
All payments are processed through PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment processors. We accept:
- Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)
- PayPal and digital wallets
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Bank transfers (for large events)
11.2 Service Fees
Our fee structure (per ticket):
Basic Account: | 2.9% + $0.30 |
Professional: | 2.5% + $0.30 |
Enterprise: | Custom pricing |
All fees displayed before purchase completion (FTC compliance)
11.3 Refund Policy
Refunds are processed according to:
- Event cancellation: Full refund including fees
- Event postponement: Choice of refund or credit
- Voluntary cancellation: Per organizer's policy
- Processing time: 5-10 business days
- Chargeback fee: $25 per incident
11.4 Currency and Taxes
Prices displayed in event currency. You're responsible for applicable taxes. We'll provide necessary tax documentation for business accounts.
12. Intellectual Property
12.1 Platform IP
All Platform content, features, and functionality are owned by Eksix Technologies Limited and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
12.2 User Content License
By posting content, you grant us:
- Non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license
- Right to use, modify, and display content
- Sublicense rights to service providers
- Marketing use rights (with permission)
12.3 DMCA Policy
To report copyright infringement:

12.4 Trademark Usage
"Entrix" and our logos are registered trademarks. Use requires written permission except for factual references.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our data practices are governed by our comprehensive Privacy Policy.
Key Privacy Rights:

- • Delete your account and data
- • Port your data to other services
- • Opt out of marketing communications
- • Control cookie preferences
Compliance:
We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy laws globally.
14. Security
14.1 Security Measures
We implement industry-standard security including:
- SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmission
- PCI DSS Level 1 compliance for payments
- Regular security audits and penetration testing
- 24/7 monitoring and incident response
- Employee security training
14.2 Your Security Obligations
You must:
- Use strong, unique passwords
- Enable two-factor authentication
- Keep login credentials confidential
- Report security incidents immediately
- Use secure networks when accessing sensitive data
14.3 Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours in compliance with applicable laws.
15. Service Availability
Uptime Target: We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance occurs during off-peak hours with advance notice.
The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (notified in advance)
- Emergency maintenance
- Third-party service disruptions
- Force majeure events
- Cyber attacks or security incidents
16. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM:
- WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PURPOSE
- WARRANTIES OF UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE
- WARRANTIES REGARDING SECURITY OR DATA LOSS
- WARRANTIES ABOUT CONTENT ACCURACY
- IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
17. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS
- WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
- WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
- THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY REGARDLESS OF LEGAL THEORY
- SOME JURISDICTIONS DON'T ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Entrix, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another
- Your content or events
- Your violation of any applicable laws
19. Termination & Account Deletion
Account Deletion Rights
You have the right to delete your account at any time. We provide both temporary deactivation and permanent deletion options.
19.1 Account Deactivation
Temporary deactivation allows you to:
- Pause your account without losing data
- Stop receiving emails and notifications
- Hide your profile from public view
- Reactivate anytime by logging in
19.2 Account Deletion Process
To permanently delete your account:
- Log into your account
- Navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account
- Resolve any outstanding transactions
- Download your data (if desired)
- Confirm deletion with password
- Account deleted within 30 days
Alternative: Email deletion@entrixapp.com from your registered email address
19.3 Data Retention After Deletion
We retain only:
- Transaction records for tax compliance (7 years)
- Data subject to legal holds
- Anonymized aggregate data
- Records necessary to prevent fraud
19.4 Our Right to Terminate
We may terminate or suspend your account for:
- Violating these Terms or our policies
- Fraudulent or illegal activities
- Creating risk for us or other users
- Extended inactivity (24+ months)
- Legal or regulatory requirements
19.5 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Access to Service ceases immediately
- Pending transactions will be completed
- Licenses to your content continue for technical purposes
- Obligations under these Terms survive
- No refund of fees unless required by law
20. Dispute Resolution
20.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at legal@entrixapp.com to attempt informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved this way within 30 days.
20.2 Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules, except:
- Small claims court jurisdiction matters
- Intellectual property disputes
- Violations requiring injunctive relief
20.3 Class Action Waiver
YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS. All disputes must be brought in your individual capacity.
20.4 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, without regard to conflict of law principles. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
21. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we'll provide 30 days' notice via:
- Email to your registered address
- Prominent notice on the Platform
- In-app notifications
- Required re-acceptance for significant changes
Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
22. Miscellaneous
22.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Entrix.
22.2 Severability
If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
22.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision doesn't constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
22.4 Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights to any successor or affiliate.
22.5 Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, or pandemics.
