Important Legal Notice
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement. By using Entrix, you agree to all terms outlined in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
1. Definitions & Interpretation
1.1 Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:
"Agreement"
These Terms & Conditions, including all schedules, appendices, and documents incorporated by reference
"Platform"
The Entrix event management platform, including website, mobile applications, and all associated services and technologies
"User"
Any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform, whether as an Event Organizer, Attendee, or visitor
"Event Organizer"
A User who creates, manages, hosts, or promotes events through the Platform
"Attendee"
A User who registers for, purchases tickets to, or participates in events organized through the Platform
"Event"
Any gathering, meeting, conference, workshop, webinar, or activity organized and managed through the Platform
"Content"
All information, data, text, images, videos, audio files, and other materials uploaded, transmitted, or displayed on the Platform
"Services"
All features, tools, functionality, and support provided by Entrix through the Platform
"Personal Data"
Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, as defined by applicable privacy laws
"Third Party"
Any individual or entity other than the User or Entrix, including payment processors, venue providers, and service integrators
1.2 Interpretation
• References to the singular include the plural and vice versa
• References to any gender include all genders
• References to persons include individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities
• Headings and subheadings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation
• References to statutes, regulations, or laws include all amendments and replacements
• "Including" and similar terms mean including without limitation
• Time references are to the time zone where Entrix's principal offices are located
2. Service Description
2.1 Platform Overview
Entrix provides a comprehensive event management platform that enables Event Organizers to create, manage, and promote events while allowing Attendees to discover, register for, and participate in events. Our Services include:
Event Creation & Management
Comprehensive tools for creating event listings, managing registrations, tracking attendance, and organizing event logistics
Registration & Ticketing
Flexible registration forms, ticket sales, pricing options, and attendee management capabilities
Payment Processing
Secure payment handling, multiple payment methods, automated invoicing, and financial reporting
Marketing & Promotion
Event discovery features, social media integration, email marketing tools, and promotional campaigns
Communication Tools
Messaging systems, automated notifications, event updates, and attendee communication features
Analytics & Reporting
Detailed insights, performance metrics, attendee analytics, and comprehensive reporting dashboards
2.2 Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our Platform, targeting 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time, with reasonable advance notice when possible.
Scheduled maintenance will be performed during off-peak hours with advance notification. Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice.
2.3 Service Limitations
Our Services are subject to certain limitations including but not limited to:
- • Storage limits for uploaded content and data
- • Rate limits on API calls and automated requests
- • Geographic restrictions based on local laws and regulations
- • Technical limitations of underlying infrastructure
- • Dependency on third-party services and integrations
3. Eligibility & Registration
3.1 Eligibility Requirements
To use the Platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- • Be at least 18 years of age or have explicit parental/guardian consent
- • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction
- • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
- • Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
- • Not be prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable law or regulation
- • Not have been previously suspended or banned from the Platform
- • Represent a legitimate business or organization if registering as an entity
3.2 Registration Process
To register for an account, you must:
- • Complete the registration form with accurate information
- • Verify your email address through our verification process
- • Create secure login credentials meeting our security requirements
- • Accept these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy
- • Provide any additional information required for your account type
3.3 Account Types
We offer different account types with varying features and capabilities:
Basic Account
Free account with limited features for small events and basic functionality
Professional Account
Paid account with advanced features for professional event organizers
Enterprise Account
Custom solutions for large organizations with dedicated support
4. Account Management
4.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You must:
- • Use strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available
- • Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others
- • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or suspected security breaches
- • Log out of your account when using shared or public computers
- • Regularly review account activity and report any suspicious behavior
We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain account security.
4.2 Account Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly when it changes. This includes:
- • Contact information (name, email, phone number)
- • Business information (if applicable)
- • Payment and billing information
- • Profile information and preferences
False, misleading, or outdated information may result in account suspension or termination.
4.3 Account Monitoring and Enforcement
We reserve the right to monitor account activity and enforce these Terms. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that:
- • Violate these Terms & Conditions or our policies
- • Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities
- • Pose security risks to the Platform or other Users
- • Remain inactive for extended periods
- • Fail to pay applicable fees or charges
5. Event Organizer Terms
5.1 Event Creation and Management
As an Event Organizer, you represent and warrant that:
- • You have the legal authority to organize and host the events you create
- • All event information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading
- • You will obtain all necessary permits, licenses, and insurance coverage
- • You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and venue requirements
- • You will honor all commitments and representations made to Attendees
- • You have the right to use any content, images, or materials associated with your events
5.2 Event Content and Standards
All event content must comply with our content standards. Prohibited content includes:
- • Illegal activities or content that violates applicable laws
- • Discriminatory, hateful, or harassing material
- • Sexually explicit or inappropriate content
- • Content that infringes intellectual property rights
- • False, misleading, or deceptive information
- • Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
5.3 Pricing and Payment Terms
Event Organizers are responsible for setting appropriate pricing and payment terms for their events. You agree to:
- • Set fair and reasonable prices for your events
- • Clearly communicate all fees, taxes, and charges to Attendees
- • Honor advertised pricing and not engage in deceptive practices
- • Comply with applicable tax laws and regulations
- • Provide clear refund and cancellation policies
5.4 Event Cancellation and Refund Policy
In the event of cancellation, Event Organizers must:
- • Provide reasonable advance notice to Attendees when possible
- • Process refunds in accordance with stated policies and applicable laws
- • Communicate clearly with Attendees about cancellation reasons and next steps
- • Cooperate with our platform in resolving any disputes or issues
- • Bear responsibility for any costs associated with cancellations
6. Attendee Terms
6.1 Event Registration and Participation
By registering for an event, you agree to:
- • Provide accurate registration information
- • Attend the event as described in the event listing
- • Comply with all event rules, venue policies, and organizer requirements
- • Respect the rights and safety of other attendees and event staff
- • Not engage in disruptive, illegal, or inappropriate behavior
- • Follow all health and safety guidelines
6.2 Tickets and Access
Event tickets and access are subject to the following terms:
- • Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated by the Event Organizer
- • Valid photo identification may be required for entry
- • Ticket prices may include taxes and fees as disclosed during purchase
- • Refunds are subject to the Event Organizer's stated policies
- • Event Organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove attendees
